I'm George, a fractional CTO based in Lisbon. Over the past decade I've co-founded AI companies, led engineering teams, and shipped products used by millions -from visual search engines that predated today's AI wave to conversational agents built a year before the market caught up.
My approach is simple: drop in, identify where AI creates the most leverage, build it, and leave your team empowered to run it. No jargon-heavy slide decks. No six-month discovery phases. Just working software and capable people.
Outside of AI, I run a conscious family festival and work to bring community together. The through-line is the same: help people spend more time offline by making life more effective with AI, and weave life-improving technology immersively into our natural world.
